I believe that healing is not a straight line — and that the most profound breakthroughs often happen in the spaces between words. As a Marriage and Family Therapist with a specialization in Art Therapy, I bring together the science of evidence-based practice and the language of creative expression to help clients access what talk therapy alone sometimes can’t reach.
I work with individuals, couples, and families facing anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, and relational conflict — meeting each person where they are and honoring the unique story they carry. My approach weaves together art-based techniques, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and a deeply trauma-informed, strengths-based lens to create something that feels less like a clinical appointment and more like a genuine return to yourself.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: the strength, wisdom, and capacity for healing you’re looking for isn’t somewhere out there — it’s already in you. My role is simply to help you find your way back to it.
