Deseree is a valued member of the Rubicon Counseling Services team and works in Accounts
Receivable. In her role, she helps manage important financial and billing-related processes so
clients and families can focus on their care and well-being.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in Family Science from Utah Valley University and holds a Certificate of Proficiency in Leadership and Personal Social Impact. Before entering the behavioral health field, Deseree worked as a licensed cosmetologist. During that time, she discovered how meaningful it was to build relationships, listen to others; experiences, and encourage positive change in people’s lives.
Deseree is married and a proud mother of five children. Outside of work, she enjoys reading a
variety of books, hiking with her husband and children, visiting parks, swimming, and caring for
their seven pet chickens. She values leading her family with a faith-based foundation centered on love, service, personal growth, and connection.
Her warmth, people-centered outlook, and commitment to helping others make Deseree an
important part of the Rubicon team. Looking ahead, she plans to continue her education by
pursuing either a Master of Education (M.Ed.) or a graduate degree in a helping profession, such as Clinical Mental Health Counseling or Social Work.
