As a Marriage and Family Therapist, Paula is dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families create meaningful, lasting change. Guided by a Solutions-Focused approach, she believes that clients already possess strengths, resources, and abilities that can be harnessed to move forward and build the lives they want. Rather than dwelling on problems or the past, Paula partners with clients to identify clear goals, highlight what’s already working, and create practical steps toward positive growth.
With a warm, collaborative style, Paula creates a supportive environment where clients feel heard, encouraged, and empowered. Whether working with relationship challenges, life transitions, communication issues, or family conflict, trauma, or anxiety, she focuses on small, achievable shifts that lead to significant transformation over time.
Paula is committed to fostering hope, amplifying resilience, and helping clients discover new possibilities. Through constructive conversations and future-oriented strategies, Paula would love to help guide you towards increased clarity, confidence, and connections.
Paula earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Utah and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) from National University. She enjoys working with people of all ages.
