I take a strengths-based approach to therapy, helping clients build on their existing abilities while developing new skills to overcome life’s obstacles. My clinical approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and evidence-based behavioral interventions tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals.
I have experience working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, and major life transitions. Together, we focus on developing healthy communication, building resilience, strengthening coping skills, and learning effective ways to manage difficult emotions.
As a fluent Spanish speaker, I am proud to provide therapy in both English and Spanish. I have experience working with individuals and families from a variety of Latino backgrounds and strive to provide culturally responsive care where every client feels understood and valued.
