Group counseling provides a supportive environment where individuals can connect with others who share similar experiences while developing healthy coping strategies and building resilience. Guided by a qualified mental health professional, group sessions encourage learning, personal growth, and meaningful support in a safe and respectful setting.
At Rubicon Counseling, we currently offer two specialized group counseling programs: Women’s Trauma Group and Men’s Mental Health Group. These groups are designed to provide education, practical tools, and peer support while helping participants navigate challenges in a structured, compassionate environment.
Group sessions may vary based on enrollment and scheduling. If you’re interested in joining one of our counseling groups or would like more information about upcoming sessions, please call or text our office. We’ll be happy to discuss current availability, answer your questions, and help determine whether group counseling is the right fit for your needs.
Women’s Trauma Group
Our Women’s Trauma Group provides a safe and supportive space for women to explore the effects of trauma, strengthen resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and find encouragement alongside others with shared experiences.
Men’s Mental Health Group
The Men’s Mental Health Group offers a welcoming environment where men can discuss stress, anxiety, burnout, relationships, emotional well-being, and life’s challenges while gaining practical tools and support for personal growth.
